Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payments:

Unfortunately, we do not accept any Cash-On-Delivery transactions at this point in time.

Are my personal details safe? Is your site secure?

Shopify powers our store with trusted payment processors including Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and Paypal. These processors are secured with SSL encryption to ensure privacy and security. Our payment site also features a security certificate.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We all make mistakes or, like us, you’re very quick to change your mind! Not to worry, you can cancel your order by contacting us via custcare@corajewelry.com within 1 hour of placing your order. If you’re placing an order outside of our office hours or get in touch too late, we’ll be able to assist you with a return and refund instead.

What is the price in my local currency?

Our store prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), which means that all payments will be charged in SGD. You will also get a notification of your order with the total amount in SGD.

However, we do support automatic location-based conversion. This is done upon entering the store, where you will set your location. Once you have done so, all prices will be adjusted into your local currency.

To manually change your currency, you can navigate to the top right hand corner of the page and click on the currency icon. Once you have changed to your choice of location, the currency will automatically change.

Please note that some countries do not support automatic currency conversion. In this case, the base currency you will see on the website is in SGD or USD. To convert the currency you will need to do so manually. For the most accurate exchange rates, please contact your credit card provider.

Where do I enter my discount code?

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply’. Your discount would be automatically applied.

Do remember that only one discount code can be used per order!

Kindly also note that some discount codes do not apply to sales items and special collections.

Is there a minimal order for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders in Singapore and Malaysia, with no minimum spend.

For international orders,

  • Free shipping on all international orders above SG$150 (~US$110)
  • Subsidised flat rate shipping between SG$10 to SG$25 on international orders below SG$150

Please always fill out your shipping name + address in english letters.​

The customer is responsible for any custom fees that may appear.

If you require express delivery, please reach out to us directly via the chatbox or email or Instagram.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time + delivery time = Time for order to arrive

Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while custom or made-to-order items may take up to 10 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Delivery Time

Local Singapore delivery: Your order will arrive 2-3 working days after processing

International delivery: The main couriers we use are QExpress for standard delivery and Fedex or Aramex for express delivery. For standard delivery, the shipping time would take around 7-21 working days. For express delivery, this would be 3-7 days.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing times. To estimate the time required for you to receive your item, do add processing times to your shipping times.

Kindly note that during peak or promotion season, there may be slight delay in packing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding for our small team
and trusted carrier partners. 

How long do customised jewelry take to process?

Please allow an additional 10 working days for customised jewellery to be delivered.

If you order personalised jewellery and non-personalised jewellery in the same order, the non-personalised jewellery will be delivered according to your chosen method and the personalised jewellery will be delivered after an additional 10 working days.

International orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised jewellery will be delivered at the same time.

Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?

For packages outside of Singapore, prices do not include import sales taxes. This is because we are unable to control the costs in your country, and you will be responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package, if they apply.

In very rare cases, you may be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can forward our order confirmation email, which you have received when placing an order.

If you decide to decline a package, you can return it to us and we will refund the balance to you after deducting the return shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long do returns take?

We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. It will take 2-5 working days from the date it is received back. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.

Please note during peak times (November – January) returns could take up to 7 working days to process.

Can you repair my jewelry?

We do not provide repairs, re-plating or ring resizing services currently. If you have an item in need of repair, please get in touch and we’d be happy to provide further assistance.

Can I return customised jewelry?

Due to the nature of personalised products, we cannot offer returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Policies & Product Care

What does the Cora warranty cover?

All our jewellery is covered by our 2 year warranty policy. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please get in contact and we will replace your piece, at no extra cost.

Please note our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage from improper use or storage.

We will require proof of purchase to activate the warranty for you, if you have lost your order number since placing your order, please get in touch and we will be able to locate this for you.

What do I do if my jewelry was lost or stolen?

Our warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any items. We would advise you to contact your home or travel insurance company to make a claim directly with them. Should you need to provide any proof of purchase, we would be more than happy to help you with this.

Packaging

How are my jewelry packaged?

Each jewellery comes with a soft pouch and / or a clear wrap, placed within a jewelry box. All the jewelry boxes will be packed in a hard mailer box to ensure that they arrive in good condition to you.

We will pack each order into one box to stay eco-friendly and save on packaging. However, if you are buying multiple items as gifts, please email custcare@corajewelry.com or indicate the specific items you wish to be packed separately in the notes section before checkout. 

For international shipments, additional care will be taken to ensure the boxes stay protected and free from damage due to increased duration of handling.

Can I buy additional gift boxes and packaging?

All orders will come beautifully gift wrapped. However, if you would like to purchase more boxes, pouches, or add on paperbags, you can do so here.
